I'd like to begin by saying that this sucks:pyramid
I am sweaty and would like to discontinue the use of my legs from here forward.
Yesterday I purchased new Brooks running shoes and went for a stellar run on Tramway and the hills of my hood.
Two days ago my sister and I went for a hike at Tent Rocks in Cochiti, NM. If you've never been, please do. It may just be the most beautiful thing in New Mexico (especially when I'm in Virginia).

Perhaps the biggest challenge will be not to quit challenging myself.

I'm 30. I still have a hard time saying it. I have a great job, an affordable rent in an expensive but fun city, and I'm loved by my family, my boyfriend, and God. I am 5'8, I weigh in between 130-135 on a near daily basis. I run, walk, and do power vinyassa yoga on a regular basis. I like myself. But what else am I capable of? My boyfriend is constantly thinking of his next big thing and our conversations have got me wondering.
I awoke this morning with an idea: "What if, for the next 30 days, I do every exercise I have 'pinned' on my Pinterest fitness board?"
Rules:
1. I will do every exercise, as prescribed, 2x/day.
2. I will continue my usual exercise regimen in addition to the pinterest exercises.
3. I will post a picture today and on day 30.
4. By day 30, I will have a new challenge for the next 30 days, and so on.
